Step By Step Guide

Email us with as much details as possible. Fill in the make, model and manufacturer of the drive or media as well as a detail description, describing the problem or failure occurring with your device.

Afterwhich you have the option to either send the media/drive to our office or request for us to pickup from your office it will cost additional S$6 for collection (normal service) per trip from anywhere within Singapore.

Upon evaluation of the media, we will provide a quotation to you with the possibility of data recovery, list of files recoverable and price.

If customers agree to proceed with the data recovery process, full payment has to be made before data and media are released to the customer.

We strictly practise "No Data, No Charge" policy. There will be No charges for Harddisk Analysis and evaluation and if we can't recover the data, we don't charge any cents.

Normal Service Plan
In the normal service plan the evaluation will take around 1 to 3 working days and the complete data recovery process will take around 4 to 10 working days.

Priority service Plan
If you choose priority service plan, the evaluation time will be within 24 hours and the complete data recovery process will be within 1 to 5 working days. Service charges are 20% to 40% above the normal service plan. An initial evaluation fee of S$30 has to be incurred, if you do not want to continue with the data recovery process, for priority service.

Depending on the extent of the damage, Normal Service Plan recoveries typically range from S$250 to S$2000.

S$250 to S$450 for hard disk non physical damage
S$400 and above for harddisk physical damage
S$1500-S$2500 for harddisk read write head damage
